Proyect Report!

Project organization.
To begin working with our project buy the material to make the links in this case decided they were aluminum, the team mate Luis Fernando of team 3 commissioned to find a place to buy an aluminum bar for the three teams.

Purchased the aluminum bar we had to cut and deal in equal to 3 teams parts, so we had to work in the machine shop for the aluminium bars, and I touched my cut because he facilitated me more than my other classmates.
And all the time not spent working in the machine shop because some of my colleagues could not gather elsewhere.

Integrated Project.
For our links aluminum had 2 meters of aluminium, so we decided to split them in 8 bars 20 cm long, 4-bar deal for a link and 4 for the other, the remachamos and finally put the sand it and polish it. Our base is a 40x40 piece of wood was painted white and with decorations that put my partner Jorge, and built and put together of our mechanism in the base, we managed because we had some problems with the nuts because loosened. And finally we need what our circuits to operate at 100% our mechanism two links.

With the large bolt (kingpin) facing the center of the deck, attach the skateboard trucks to the screws. Tighten the bolts using a screwdriver or skate tool.

Step 4: Installing the Skateboard Wheels on the Trucks
To attach the wheels, place one of the washers onto the truck first followed the complete wheel and the second washer. Use a skate tool to secure the wheel with a nut. Repeat for the other three wheels.
