2da Parcial!

We have created an audio system with circuits and lasers basing in projects that are already out there in documents and records. We did not copy, we just looked at examples, tried to understand circuitry, connections, and signals and applied what we had to our project. There is still doubt on how to improve the prototype but, in all, if it works the way it should, we are satisfied although we will still try to improve the system as much as we can.

The activities we did weren’t all applied. We left some out do to realizing that some of them weren’t necessary. The one we did well, are and will be shown when presented. They are very simple but, effective when applied. They are for example, set up, connections integration, etc. The sound quality coming from the speakers isn’t the best. That’s what we have to work on and also design a real body for the project and not just have naked circuitry presented.

Third partial

In this semester the integrator proyect consists the chemicals reactions they are oxidation and reduction and consists in make a pail electrolytic that generate a some voltage, but as this pail generate a voltage very low and we need cover a voltaje mínimum the 15v and for can this objetive is needed make or buil a battery in witch is installed a strip the pails electrolytic that generate a 1.5v and so to cover  the share defined as mínimum because as they have a definite life time the preference have and keep a voltage highest of the 15v and keep for a time ans so can calculate the life time of the our battery. To do this is pretend usin home materials and so skip using the materials most pollutants for the enviroment.

In this partial the principal objective was to ensemble all the ideas we had and researched along the first partial. The principal struggle with this task was obtaining the materials that we needed to complete the second phase of our prototype because most of our established chemical reactions were think to have chemicals that we needed to order outside the state, with this complication we had to think a fast strategy to complete our prototype , we used materials that were easier to get and gave a good result for a test, there were struggle with the team working because some of the members weren`t able to work along with their teammates because they had to work but we managed our times to try out the best of our team and use the time with more solid work ideas, this partial was a testing one , but we managed it well until the end.

ConclusionIn this partial, we achieved the objectives we planned in the beginning of the semester, we had some difficulties along the building and development of our battery but we did the enough effort for making the project possible. We took care about many things during the building of our project, not only about the functionality but the looking and vibe of the finished product, because finally it’s what it is, a product.About the knowledge, we‘ve raised new abilities that will be tested along the career and the projects that will need to be realized. Most of us now are taking the career more seriously the fact of learning and giving an effort to the career , this project was a testing one because we had a really big contact mostly with chemistry and electricity and the risks of the manipulations of chemicals and its reactions, but it was a great experience.

First Proyect Report! Second Partial.

Proyect Report!
Project organization.
The leader of distributed team work, which each of my colleagues investigated on questions assigned to each subject, my I touch me investigate the chemistry and electricity and magnetism and finally together research to complement the document.
Finally my team and I work very well and eventually studied on each subject, I also learned a lot about the electrochemical battery, in short for our project, the battery we have to do is to generate 15 volts.

To do this is pretend using home materials and so skip using the materials most pollutants for the enviroment.

IP Conclusions!

In conclusion, i learned many things about the project, with the programming we will easily handle our mechanism of two links and with regarding the courses electronic facilitated us to make the circuit for parallel port cable,  the team was very happy and satisfied with the results that we obtained. and most of all because my team is avansando lot especially because are few days.
also each of my companions had different activities to do, the leader of my team knows organize.

Finally, and finally we have to make our project work 100%. until this moment I am satisfied with the results we have obtained in the different points required for the presentation of the project integrator, so far, we have achieved as a team what has been agreed for the construction of our project.

Parts, functions and locations!

FUEL GAUGE:
The fuel gauge, can can be found on a digital display behind the steering wheel, and indicates the fuel available.

FUEL TANK:
The fuel tank used to move the vehicle, the fuel tank is to the right of the left wheel.

BRAKE:
The brake is an important part of the wheels, this device can stop the car in an emergency and for daily use. It placed to the left of ring in the wheel.

SILENCER:
Is the final part of all the exhaust pipe, the silencer is below the rear bumper.

EXHAUST PIPE:
Is the pipe that connects the pipeline with the silencer under the car, where the smoke get out. the exhaust pipe is under the car, to the right of the wheels.

PIPELINE:
The pipeline of the car is a tube, where all the smoke of the burned fuel produced in the engine get out of the car. It begin under the engine and goes to tail of the car and ends with a silencer.

DRIVE SHAFTS:
The drive shaft is placed in middle of the wheels and it is add to a part of the engine; a rotating shaft that transmits mechanical power from a motor or an engine to a specific point.

ENGINE:
The engine is the important  thing of any car because without it, the car not turn . the engine is in front of the car, in the center of the coffer.

Proyect Report!

Project organization.
To begin working with our project buy the material to make the links in this case decided they were aluminum, the team mate Luis Fernando of team 3 commissioned to find a place to buy an aluminum bar for the three teams.

Purchased the aluminum bar we had to cut and deal in equal to 3 teams parts, so we had to work in the machine shop for the aluminium bars, and I touched my cut because he facilitated me more than my other classmates.
And all the time not spent working in the machine shop because some of my colleagues could not gather elsewhere.

Integrated Project.
For our links aluminum had 2 meters of aluminium, so we decided to split them in 8 bars 20 cm long, 4-bar deal for a link and 4 for the other, the remachamos and finally put the sand it and polish it. Our base is a 40x40 piece of wood was painted white and with decorations that put my partner Jorge, and built and put together of our mechanism in the base, we managed because we had some problems with the nuts because loosened. And finally we need what our circuits to operate at 100% our mechanism two links.
